Ross works with Senior Leaders, Boards and Teams to realise their true performance potential and deliver sustainable change. He also supports executives in career transitions particularly those with an international focus by building on his cultural experiences.
Ross has a proven track record in building and running high-performing teams. He has a deep understanding of large corporations and how fast-changing and increasingly competitive environments require a leadership mindset which welcomes change and adapts accordingly. Ross has worked with newly-formed teams to re-align objectives and build trust to enable them to function effectively. Growing leaders who can develop the necessary authentic leadership skills to effectively communicate and persuade, particularly at senior levels. Ross has a strong cultural sensitivity and international focus, having worked across a wide range of countries and regions.
In his earlier career, Ross held professional roles in Government (NSW Govt and OECD) as well as investment banking (Westpac).
