Christian Cullinane


Christian’s coaching style is supportive and challenging, taken from a foundation of what it takes to achieve both commercial and physical performance in demanding environments.


Christian is an experienced Managing Director, Chief Commercial Officer, and Non-Executive Director. He has worked in a diverse range of technology focused FTSE 100/250, AIM listed, and PE backed companies across industries including IP licensing, cleantech, defence, telecommunications, and aerospace. He has been instrumental in winning and implementing complex programmes valued at up to $1.5bn, as well as scaling a start-up in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia! Warm, enthusiastic, supportive and when needed, challenging, he specialises in strategy and performance, resilience and authentic presence and leadership.

Coaching CXO and Senior Executives in the financial services, SaaS, private office, technology, energy and manufacturing sectors, Christian brings a unique perspective to clients, drawing on his background as an experienced endurance racer, leading teams through ultra-distance challenges in the harshest of desert, arctic and mountain environments around the world.

Working consistently in multi-cultural environments with global clients, during his 30-year career he has lived and worked in Europe, the United States and GCC countries. Christian has been a Trustee at the national bereavement support charity for children and young people, Winston’s Wish, and a Personal Mentor for the Queen’s Young Leaders Programme. Married with three grown up children, he lives in the Cotswolds, UK.
