Janet brings 30 years of business experience gained through leadership roles in organizations, including IBM, FedEx, UPS, Comcast, and the pharmaceutical and government utility industries. Her responsibilities included managing P&Ls and exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue goals. She led cross-functional teams of up to 150 members and received numerous awards and recognition for her leadership and team success. Her team’s responsibilities included teams in sales, project management, and operations.
Janet utilizes knowledge gained from her diverse business, professional, and personal experiences to guide her clients in reimagining their current thinking and increasing their authenticity. She is known for her equanimity in coaching executives and teams to achieve peak performance through strategic planning, team dynamics, and cultural transformation. Janet understands the importance of incorporating best practices in personal growth, leadership, and team development into the fabric of the organizational culture for transformative and sustainable success.
