Experience
Lee served as a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, before going on to become the youngest Senior Clinical Specialist (nurse) leading the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C. During his 24-year military career he also served as Human Relations Advisor to a Two-Star General, providing counsel on leadership, organizational climate, and the human dynamics that shape high-performing teams. Since leaving the Army, Lee has continued his work in leadership development and executive coaching. He serves as a principal facilitator within the CoachRICE leadership development program at MD Anderson Cancer Center and has coached in multiple Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) programs, supporting leaders across sectors including healthcare, financial services, insurance, oil and gas, government, and nonprofit organizations.
Drawing on more than two decades of work in leadership development, social justice, and inclusion, Lee helps individuals, teams, and executives become more inclusive and self-aware leaders. Lee combines the creativity of storytelling with the analytical foundations of philosophy, psychology, nursing, and leadership practice to create a multidisciplinary coaching approach. He provides a confidential thinking space where leaders can reflect openly, navigate complex challenges, and strengthen their leadership presence.
