Experience
Lee served as a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne at Fort Bragg, N.C., and as the youngest Senior Clinical Specialist (nurse) in charge of the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C. Since leaving the Army, Lee has been a principal facilitator in CoachRICE at MD Anderson Cancer Center. He has also coached for two other Accredited Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) programs.
Lee uses 20 years of social justice expertise acquired in multiple coaching programs to help individuals, teams, and Executives be inclusive leaders. He coaches in numerous industry sectors from
Healthcare, Financial, Insurance and Oil & Gas, to the Department of Justice, the Police Service and a range of for-profit and non-profit organizations. His coachees range from C-suite professionals to physician-scientists, nurses, judges and servicemen/women.
He combines the creativity of storytelling with the analysis of philosophy, psychology, nursing and leadership best practices to offer a multidisciplinary coaching synthesis. His central focus is his client’s wellbeing – and his clients appreciate that coaching conversations are confidential.
Lee is an author and writer with many publications, including ‘CHOICE: The Magazine of Professional Coaches’. He has also contributed to the following books: ‘Black Cowboys of Texas’ and ‘Conversations on Success.’
