During her six years in this post Rebecca was responsible for the overall strategic narrative and delivery of HRH’s public work, and the establishment and growth of her office at Kensington Palace. Rebecca’s 20 year career brings global experience covering leadership, strategic communications, major events, personal development and project strategy and delivery.
After 10 years working for The Royal Household, Rebecca became an Executive Coach and has been working with CEOs, Family Offices, senior executives and teams. With experience working with clients in a wide range of sectors including financial services, legal, creative industries, consumer, and engineering Rebecca is an empathetic and trusted listener. She creates a safe and supportive space to work in, but with challenge, fun and drive for change and deep exploration at the fore.
Her passion is supporting both leaders and talent to achieve their professional and personal goals, develop successful personal branding and reputational impact, optimise their leadership as well as managing challenging situations and transitions.
In addition to her coaching work, Rebecca is a Consultant who specialises in strategic communications and complex change management programmes.
Rebecca is actively engaged in work supporting mental health, addictions and emotional wellbeing. These are issues she is personally passionate about and made significant strategic contributions in this space during her time at Kensington Palace, on campaigns such as Heads Together.
