Experience
Michael has over three-decades of experience successfully leading, developing, and integrating organizations. His experience includes serving as Chief Digital Officer (CDO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), General Manager, and a Board Member across tech, retail, CPG and services industries. He has worked for a variety of large, and medium sized companies including PepsiCo, Gap Inc, Perricone MD, Eventbrite and Citibank. His leadership in the integration of Athleta into Gap Inc created the company template for future integration plans.
Having held several executive-leadership positions across industries allows Michael to bring an empathetic perspective to the challenges his clients face. He helps his clients develop through gaining a deep understanding of their situation and developing a coaching journey that drives business results while developing new skills and competencies.
Michael is a firm believer that ‘culture eats strategy for breakfast’ and that developing trust is foundational in any healthy culture. He specializes in developing executives to drive sustainable business results while living into their greater purpose. He also believes that humor and humanity are important parts of any healthy and sustainable culture.
Michael is originally from Philadelphia, but now lives in Marin County, California with his wife and three children. He enjoys cycling, hiking, skiing, cooking, music and the occasional dad joke.
