Lorna’s career as an operations executive has spanned multiple industries, giving her a deep understanding of the differences between companies, strategies, and behaviours that make executives successful;. She has coaches dozens of C-Level, SVP, VP and Director level clients through M&As, restructures high-growth and IPO readiness to great results.
Previously, Lorna was Chief People Officer at Guild, a late-stage private company, valued at $4 billion with 1,400 employees. Before joining Guild, she was Chief People Officer and Executive Vice President at iHeartMedia, Namely and OnDeck Capital. She also held leadership roles at Dow Jones and HarperCollins, subsidiaries of New Corporation, leading teams of up to 100.
In addition to her coaching work, Lorna is a workplace productivity consultant working with organizations to accelerate business performance through simplifying business processes.
Lorna is passionate about transformational leadership and helping leaders reach their highest potential. Her coaching approach starts with introspection and self-awareness, coupled with exploring the leadership habits of her clients. This results in maximum impact both on the client’s career and the companies she works with.
