Executive Assistant & Programme Coordinator
Having graduated with a Msc in Finance (Banking) from the University of Westminster, Larisa joined TPA in August 2023.
Since moving from Russia to the UK in 2018, Larisa has gained experience in various roles, from Venue Assistant to Recruitment Specialist. After earning her Associate Chartered Banker status (ACBI), she discovered a passion for Business Operations and pursued this interest by joining TPA as an Office Assistant, where she managed office functions and oversaw branding activities. In January 2025 she has advanced to the role of Executive Assistant & Programmes Coordinator (+ Marketing & Events Coordintator), where she now leads marketing initiatives and programme management as well as provides Executive Assistant support to two partners.
Outside of work, Larisa is a professional cheerleader. Having won multiple national championships over the past few years, she aspires to compete at the world level.
