Danielle brings 20+ years of experience as a development professional holding executive and leadership roles in Booking.com and Citi, as well consulting and entrepreneurial experience. She has cultivated deep expertise in executive development, leadership development, talent management, DEI and coaching, giving her an accomplished understanding of people, organizations, teams and systems.
Coupled with this deep subject matter expertise Danielle also has a track record of growing, leading and transforming large diverse teams, so she understands firsthand the responsibilities, challenges and opportunities that executive leadership roles provide.
