He brings a practical and earnest approach to his coaching that focuses on creating the awareness, clarity, and confidence necessary for people to identify the specific action that will unlock their own potential.
Experience
Before becoming a coach, Hector held Senior Sales and Leadership Development roles in LinkedIn. He also worked within Fintech and e-commerce start-ups including Blend and Usablenet. Hector draws on this background in sales, tech and human capital development to create a unique coaching approach where every conversation feels both natural, challenging and fun.
Hector expertly leverages his innate curiosity to push his clients towards radical self-awareness. He coaches leaders to build more confidence in their ability to develop & lead great teams, make effective strategic decisions, and navigate their own life and career inflection points.
Hector is particularly passionate about partnering with mid-senior level leaders looking to navigate to the next level of their career, and leaders passionate about the importance of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging in work.
After 16 years in NYC, Hector now lives in Stamford, CT, where his coaching philosophy is challenged every single day by his two children, his dog, and his amazing wife, all of whom have no time for his reflection-based inquiry.
