Before becoming a coach, Hector held Senior Sales and Leadership Development roles in LinkedIn. He also worked within Fintech and e-commerce start-ups including Blend and Usablenet. Hector draws on this background in sales, tech and human capital development to create a unique coaching approach where every conversation feels both natural, challenging and fun.

After 16 years in NYC, Hector now lives in Stamford, CT, where his coaching philosophy is challenged every single day by his two children, his dog, and his amazing wife, all of whom have no time for his reflection-based inquiry.
