Beate’s first-hand understanding of the challenges and opportunities of transforming businesses comes from 20 years’ international leadership experience as a CEO and Marketing Strategy Director in Luxury and FMCG companies. She is results focused, with an energising and challenging coaching style built on the belief in people’s potential to grow and deliver their full potential within their business environment. Beate enables her clients to think through future-oriented challenges and opportunities and how to engage their teams in the path to success.


Beate built her executive experience across Germany, UK, US and France in International Marketing Strategy and General Management roles at LVMH, Danone and Philipp Morris. Her extensive experience of building effective cross-country and cross-functional teams has given her the strong belief that employee creativity, engagement and trust are key drivers for business success. With her digital transformation experience and her passion to blend new thinking with operational realism, Beate has a solid track record of detecting novel and creative ways to disrupt the status quo for growth opportunities.

As a coach Beate provides an energising, safe and fun environment for clients to think holistically. She particularly enjoys helping identify goals and visions and ensures that there is a clear path for the client to achieve them.

As a board member, Beate works with both traditional businesses and start-ups as mentor, coach and investor.
