He has held senior leadership roles in human resources for Kraft Foods, Standard & Poor’s, News Corporation and several PE backed companies where his keen business acumen has resulted in talent strategies that have propelled business results. As an early-stage investor in multiple companies, Jim has built management teams and helped guide their key strategic decisions. His work has included major organization transformation initiatives at both the company level as well as with individual leaders through coaching to build capability to accelerate change.
