Roland is an accomplished director and former COO with deep experience in multi-site international operations. After a few years in top management consultancy, Roland gained 25+ years of experience in various management functions of major industrial companies. He successfully managed multi-national and cross-cultural teams (both in Eastern as well as Western Europe). He has worked within a wide range of organizational settings, from public companies to companies going through the IPO process, to family-owned businesses.
His leadership style can be described as both results focused as well empathetic, trusting in the ability of his teams, yet challenging them to deliver the best performance. Roland has transferred his skills into his coaching practice and is now working with senior executives and teams, supporting them to become high-performing and successful leaders. His clients highly value his ability to listen and to create the safe space of a brave thinking partnership.
Roland is Austrian by nationality and coaches in both English and German.
