Experience
Andrea developed her executive leadership at global advertising and marketing powerhouse Publicis, leading cross-country teams in the US, Europe, and Latin America. In her role as VP of Strategy, she contributed to the success of Fortune 500 clients, including The Walt Disney Company, NBCUniversal, Coca-Cola, Kraft Heinz, Best Buy, Rite Aid, Nabisco, Continental Airlines, McDonald’s, and Burger King. In 2020, Andrea transitioned out of advertising and assumed the role of internal leadership coach and talent growth leader for Publicis’ Miami, serving employees from the US, Colombia, Peru, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Chile and Brazil.

Andrea, originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, has ventured through life in various cities, including Miami, Orlando, New York, Chicago, and Norwich, UK. A historical fiction writer, she currently calls Coconut Grove home, where she lives with her husband, son, and mini Goldendoodle.
