Experience
Diana brings to the table a unique blend of entrepreneurship and building a global business. Diana was Group Executive Board member and Chief Legal Officer of Education in Motion, an international education group. She also launched the Corporate VC Fund – EiM Ventures during this time. Prior to that, Diana was a practicing lawyer servicing Asian and MNC clients. Having built business footprints across different continents in over 20 years, Diana acutely understands the strategic thinking needed to deliver new market entry and scaling up multinational corporation, powered by optimal financing and organisational structure.
Currently an Independent Director of a public-listed manufacturing company, Diana encourages growth with a balanced risk approach. She applies this mindset not only to the core business but also in exploring diversification.
In her teaching engagement at INSEAD and Asia School of Business – MIT Sloan, Diana guides senior executives in digital transformation and leadership in innovation. She challenges executives to think beyond productivity gains; instead, set their eyes on initiatives that drive new growth curve and value creation. Work models are undergoing fundamental structural shifts in the age of AI, Diana works with leaders to rethink team dynamics and the repatterning of talent blueprint to future proof the organisation.
