Diana holds space as a trusted sounding board for executives navigating a progressively intricate business landscape, while allowing them to maintain a keen curiosity for the richness of life’s offerings.
Experience
Diana brings to the table a unique blend of entrepreneurship and building a global business. Diana was Chief Legal Officer and Group Executive Board member of Education in Motion, an international education group. She also launched the Corporate VC Fund – EiM Ventures during this time. Prior to that, Diana was a practising lawyer servicing Asian and MNC clients. Having built business footprints across different continents in over 20 years, Diana acutely understands the strategic thinking needed to deliver new market entry and scaling up multinational corporation, powered by optimal financing and organisational structure.
Currently an Independent Director of a listed manufacturing company, Diana encourages growth with a balanced risk approach. She applies this mindset not only to the core business but also in exploring corporate innovation and diversification.
In her role as Entrepreneur in Residence at INSEAD, she mentors and coaches startup founders on finding the north star, market positioning and fund-raising. As a Lecturer, Diana guides executives in leveraging digital transformation to create new growth opportunities.
