Before training as an executive coach and joining TPA, Michelle was an international lawyer and business leader with thirty years’ experience in a variety of legal and senior management roles in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, one of the world’s leading international law firms. She has worked globally and has a deep understanding of the financial services and corporate sectors. Michelle is an intuitive and disruptive thinker with a natural curiosity and a track record of strategic insight.
Michelle’s approach to coaching is informed by her significant operational management experience and a track record of delivering organisational, digital and cultural transformation. Her naturally collaborative and open communication style has enabled her to engage with and manage stakeholders at all levels in both the private and public sector; she uses these experiences to support clients as they develop their own authentic style.
She has a passion for developing diverse high performing teams with a strong focus on inclusion; she has led large teams and been an active coach and mentor. She looks to bring both her professional career experience and experiences from her own personal journey to help individuals at key transition points in their careers.
Alongside her role as an executive coach, Michelle is an active non-executive director, board advisor and parent to five children.
