For more than two decades, Nathalie has worked as a global consultant, facilitator and executive coach in leadership development and organisational culture transformation. Her clients consist of senior leaders, management teams and board members to a vast range of blue-chip organisations, covering a range of different sectors and industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, IT, FMCG, digital, banking, insurance, government, education and high tech. Nathalie also brings her expertise as an executive coach to international leadership development organisations and business schools such as INSEAD, where she is a lecturer in Digital Growth & Transformation.
Experience
Nathalie has successfully led organisational, cultural and leadership transitions with senior executives and their teams. Her ability to pinpoint personal blind spots and challenge leaders on how to improve their effectiveness, as well as her compassion, have proven powerful interventions in people’s learning and growth.
From her diverse experience, having worked in the U.K., Zambia, USA, Africa and South America, Nathalie has a thorough understanding of today’s challenges in the business world. Be it to both perform and transform at the same time, digital transformation, equality, diversity and inclusion, or global economic and political transitions. Before founding her own company, Nathalie was an MT member (and the first and only female) of an offshore gas production facility for Shell, a senior process and reservoir engineer for ExxonMobil and responsible for a portfolio of US$ 1 billion of infrastructure loans with the World Bank.
Nathalie is passionate about learning and facilitating others in their development. Authenticity, vulnerability, strength, compassion, and courage are keywords in her work with senior leaders.
In her spare time, Nathalie enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and dogs. She loves hiking, gardening, horse riding, reading and nature.
