Experience
Giovanna brings more than a decade of expertise as an industrial engineer, business strategist and regulatory affairs experience in automotive, agricultural equipment and energy. She has supported business growth and assisted the C-suit executives on their strategy. As Head of Regulatory and Energy Affairs at ENGIE, Giovanna led a cross-functional team for the evaluation of the economic and technical impact of the energy Authority regulation. Before that, she held various positions internationally within the FCA group to complete the internal management trainee program, holding a position as a strategic planning analyst at Edison, an industrial engineer in a US-based CNH plant and as a project coordinator for Fiat Auto UK.
Since 2011, Giovanna has accrued more than 3500hrs of coaching supporting leaders in a variety of sectors, spanning from consumer goods, industrial and energy, finance and investments to food and beverages, life sciences and healthcare, entertainment and travel, technology and software among others. She offers a distinctive understanding of the complexity of systems dynamics and the multi-faceted challenges that individuals and teams face in their daily work. Ownership of purpose and trust-based authenticity are at the base of her clients’ leadership shifts.
