Gamze brings over 30-years’ executive experience from a diverse range of multilingual and multicultural environments across Europe, Middle East and Asia within companies such as Danone and Unilever. As a trained ICF Coach, Gamze believes in the power of coaching for everyone, with a particular interest in working with Senior Teams and Executives to improve results and fulfil their full potential.
Experience
Following 11 years as a CEO, Gamze’s most recent role was Senior Vice President for Plant Based categories globally at Danone. Her abilities and achievements have been widely recognized through numerous awards and recommendations including “Most powerful CEOs”, “Women to Watch” and “Best Women Abroad”. As a CEO, Gamze benefited hugely from the power of coaching both individually and also for her executive committees. She established a coaching culture throughout the organization which improved leadership, helped alignment around the vision, created a purpose and built high functioning executive teams. The results were clear: double digit growth year on year, market share gains and continuous margin improvement even in economically volatile environments.
Today, Gamze serves as a Non-Executive Board Director across various industries, and as an Executive Coach to leaders in FMCG, healthcare, tech, and start-ups. Known for her empathetic yet incisive coaching style, she combines deep listening with bold challenge to drive meaningful change. Drawing on her 30+ years as a senior executive, Gamze quickly understands the complexities her clients face. Her authentic presence creates a powerful coaching space, allowing clients to open up and work through even the most sensitive leadership challenges. Many clients report visible transformation—often recognised at senior levels—within just three sessions.
