Experience
Mark joined TPA after a 35 year career with McKinsey, Cisco, and Cargill. He has worked extensively with senior executives in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. His sweet spot is strategic growth, whether for a start-up in a single market or a global conglomerate. Mark served FMCG, healthcare, industrial, and technology clients with McKinsey in Shanghai and Stockholm, where he became an Associate Principal. He was responsible at Cisco for customer partnering in China, business development in North Asia, and strategic marketing across the region. With Cargill, Mark led strategy and M&A for the APAC region which included a portfolio of over 20 businesses. He was also a board member for the Teys joint venture in Australia and Chairman for Cargill’s regional digital investments. Over ten alumni from Mark’s teams are currently MDs in Cargill, with related industry champions, or of their own start-up firms. Today, in addition to coaching, Mark serves on the Board of a Vietnamese investment company and is strategic advisor to a Singapore listed entity.
