Sue brings to her coaching practice three decades of experience working at the most senior levels in the biosciences industry. Driven by curiosity and a strong desire to have an impact and effect change, she partners with leaders and their teams to drive performance. |

Sue has held senior roles in the UK, Australia and Belgium in Communications, Government Relations and Strategy. She has been a key member of leadership teams running multi-£billion businesses at global, European and national level.
Most recently, she partnered extensively with CEOs and C-suite leaders on internal and external engagement to drive business strategy. During the COVID pandemic, she was President of the Trade Body for the European Vaccines Industry, leading the industry through uniquely challenging times. Her MBE is for services to the Pharmaceutical Industry.
