Graham brings to his coaching practice over three decades of international experience in banking, private equity and leadership advisory. Combining commercial insight with a deep curiosity about how leaders think, decide and perform, he partners with senior executives and boards to navigate growth, change and complexity with clarity and confidence. |

Graham has held senior roles across the UK and Europe, including twenty-three years as a Partner at private equity firm Primary Capital and ten years in banking with Barclays in London and Germany. He has supported management teams across sectors such as retail, consumer goods, technology and business services — helping organisations scale through both organic growth and acquisition.
He has also served on numerous boards as Chair or Non-Executive Director, guiding businesses through strategy development, leadership transitions and governance improvement. Alongside his coaching at TPA, Graham lectures on AI in leadership, negotiation and private equity at Henley Business School and Nottingham University Business School. His current venture, developed with business psychologists and AI specialists, explores how data and human insight together can transform leadership development.
Fluent in German and several other European languages, Graham divides his time between London and Dorset.
