The Preston Associates (TPA) are delighted to have announce an expansion of their Continental European Team and welcome Roland Unfried, Nathalie van der Poel and Tiphaine Goisbeault to their team of Executive Coaches. Based in Germany, the Netherlands and France respectively, Roland, Nathalie and Tiphaine now work with senior executives and teams across Europe, to empower them to become high-performing and successful leaders.

Austrian by nationality, Roland is an accomplished director and former COO with deep experience in multi-site international operations. After a few years in top management consultancy, Roland gained 25+ years of experience in various management functions of major industrial companies. He successfully managed multi-national and cross-cultural teams (both in Eastern as well as Western Europe). He has worked within a wide range of organizational settings, from public companies to companies going through the IPO process, to family-owned businesses.
For the last 20 years, Nathalie has worked as an executive coach in leadership development and organisational culture change for senior leaders, management teams and board members of a vast range of blue chip organisations such as Shell, KPMG, Henkel, Heineken, Philips and many others. In addition, she works as a lecturer with INSEAD. Her executive career included a.o. being an MT member of an offshore gas production facility for Shell, and being in charge of a portfolio of infrastructure loans with the World Bank. She has worked in the U.K., Zambia, USA and various countries in Africa and South America.
Tiphaine brings 22 years of executive experience to her coaching; having worked in Strategy & Marketing leadership roles across various types of organizations. She worked at Fortune 100 companies including Google & Verizon, in the media industry at Mediametrie, in consulting at Deloitte & Touche and within a number of French start-ups
