TPA strengthens its global coaching presence with new appointments across Europe, Asia and the UK
The Preston Associates (TPA) is delighted to announce the appointment of three new Executive Coaches – Eileen Coupin, Giovanna Manto, and Joseph Velosa – further expanding its international footprint across Asia, Continental Europe, and the UK.
Together, they bring a rich blend of business acumen, cultural insight, and coaching excellence that enhances TPA’s ability to support clients navigating leadership challenges in an increasingly interconnected world.
Eileen Coupin
Based in Singapore, Eileen is an ICF-certified Executive Coach and Leadership Facilitator with over 20 years of international experience across Europe and Asia-Pacific in leadership, finance, education and business consulting. Before transitioning into coaching, she held senior roles in education, banking and start-ups, equipping her with a deep understanding of cultural nuance, human motivation and organisational change.
Known for her warm yet incisive coaching style, Eileen helps leaders build clarity, resilience and authentic influence while maintaining sustainable performance. Her practice integrates insights from neuroscience, systems leadership and positive psychology to create lasting behavioural shifts.
Recent engagements include coaching C-suite leaders in banking, sustainability and education, and facilitating leadership and resilience programmes for global organisations. As a Belgian-Irish and Singapore Permanent Resident professional fluent in English and French, Eileen brings multicultural fluency and business pragmatism to her work — helping leaders align purpose with performance.
Giovanna Manto
Giovanna is a seasoned Executive Coach with over 3,500 hours of coaching experience supporting leaders across industries including energy, finance, consumer goods, healthcare and technology. Combining more than a decade in engineering, strategy and regulatory affairs with a holistic coaching philosophy, she offers a trusted, thought-provoking partnership to ambitious leaders seeking to deepen their impact and authenticity. Giovanna is based in The Netherlands.
Previously Head of Regulatory and Energy Affairs at ENGIE, Giovanna led cross-functional teams and advised on strategic, economic and technical decisions. Her earlier career spans international roles with FCA, CNH, and Edison, giving her a unique systems perspective and appreciation for complex organisational dynamics.
An ICF PCC-certified coach and INSEAD graduate, Giovanna holds multiple accreditations including The Leadership Circle, Hogan and Barrett Values Centre certifications. Fluent in Italian, English and French, she brings intellectual rigour, patience and presence to every engagement.
Joseph Velosa
Joseph joins TPA with over 25 years of leadership experience in the luxury fashion and interiors sector. As co-founder and company director of Matthew Williamson Ltd, he has demonstrated strategic vision, creative excellence and resilience in building an internationally recognised brand that partnered with leading names such as LVMH, Bulgari and Richemont.
An ACC-qualified coach and educator, Joseph combines business insight with an intuitive, empathetic coaching style that fosters meaningful reflection and purposeful action. His philosophy centres on helping leaders balance vision with pragmatism, trust intuition and create sustainable, values-driven success.
Alongside his coaching work, Joseph serves as Visiting Professor at Regent’s University London and lecturer at the Kurt Geiger Business Academy — roles that keep him closely connected to the next generation of creative leaders. Joseph is based in the UK, but is available to coach across Europe as well.
