TPA strengthens its global coaching presence with new appointments across Asia
The Preston Associates (TPA) is delighted to announce the appointment of three new Executive Coaches – Mark Chow, Rina Ho and Lucy Lei – further strengthening its international footprint across Asia.
Based in key markets across the region, Mark, Rina and Lucy bring extensive experience and diverse industry backgrounds, enhancing TPA’s expertise and depth of insight. Their appointments position TPA to meet the growing demand for executive coaching in Asia and to support clients navigating increasingly complex and fast-evolving business environments.
With their combined expertise, TPA is well placed to deliver impactful outcomes for senior leaders, helping to drive performance, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and support sustainable success.
Mark Chow
Mark is a seasoned Executive Coach and strategic thinking partner to senior leaders, bringing over 35 years of experience across global organisations including McKinsey, Cisco, and Cargill. Having built and led teams from start-up to industry leadership across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, he combines analytical rigour, commercial judgment, and a strong focus on individual growth. Mark works with executives seeking both to solve complex business challenges and to develop as integrated leaders, offering a trusted and thought-provoking partnership grounded in deep listening, incisive questioning, and practical frameworks.
Previously, Mark held senior leadership roles spanning strategy, corporate development, and regional business growth. At McKinsey, he served clients across FMCG, healthcare, industrial, and technology sectors, becoming an Associate Principal. At Cisco, he led customer partnerships in China, business development in North Asia, and regional strategic marketing. With Cargill, he led strategy and M&A for APAC, overseeing a portfolio of more than 20 businesses, while also serving as a board member and Chairman of regional digital investments.
Rina Ho
Rina is a seasoned Executive Coach and commercially grounded thinking partner with over 25 years of leadership experience across Asia Pacific, spanning global consumer brands such as Adidas, Reebok, and Sony. Combining deep strategic business acumen with a warm yet appropriately challenging coaching style, she supports senior leaders and teams to unlock performance, build trust, and lead with clarity and authenticity. Rina creates a reflective yet practical space where clients can step back, identify patterns, and make tangible shifts that drive both business impact and personal growth.
Previously Vice President at Adidas, Rina led the company’s largest business unit across Asia Pacific and Greater China, driving go-to-market strategy and execution across omni channels to deliver growth in market share, revenue, and brand equity. Her earlier career spans business strategy, marketing, product creation, merchandising, and retail operations, giving her a strong understanding of complex, multicultural matrix organisations. Known as a positive catalyst, she is passionate about developing high-performing teams and fostering collaboration, bringing a strong focus on trust, accountability, and consumer-centric decision-making. Based in Singapore, Rina works fluently across cultures and levels, supporting leaders to navigate complexity and deliver sustainable impact.
Lucy Lei
Lucy is a seasoned Executive Coach with over 30 years of international leadership experience, bringing deep insight into the challenges and opportunities facing senior leaders today. Combining a results-driven yet holistic approach with extensive P&L leadership across corporate and consulting environments, she partners with leaders to maximise their potential, build high-performing cultures, and lead human-centred change. Lucy is valued as a trusted and intuitive thinking partner, helping clients unlock both individual and collective impact through practical, meaningful shifts.
Previously, Lucy held senior leadership roles across Asia and Europe, including leadership positions at Kuehne+Nagel, where she led aerospace logistics and hospitality divisions across APAC and North Asia, and at Oxford Strategic Management, where she served as General Manager, leading international consulting teams and leadership programmes. Her broader career spans aviation logistics, hospitality, supply chain, and consumer goods, where she built and scaled multimillion-dollar businesses, led transformations, and operated across complex, multicultural environments. Having lived and worked across China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and Europe, she brings a strong global perspective and the ability to navigate cultural complexity with ease. Based in Shanghai, Lucy coaches in English and Chinese, is fluent in French, and supports leaders and teams across regions to deliver sustainable growth and impact.
