The Preston Associates (TPA) has welcomed Elina Teboul to their team of Executive Coaches. Fluent in Russian and English, Elina’s coaching approach is enriched by her professional background in law, entrepreneurship and philanthropy, giving her a unique perspective on the opportunities and issues her clients are facing. |

Prior to training as an executive coach, Elina was an investment management attorney at the law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and the Global Markets Department of Credit Suisse. She is now avidly striving to change the culture of the legal profession and is a frequent writer and speaker on personal and professional development for lawyers.
