The Preston Associates (TPA) is delighted to have welcomed Bruna De Palo to their team of Executive Coaches. An Italian native now based in London, Bruna brings her warm and empathetic coaching style to empower new ways of thinking, acting and leading.

With over 20 years of corporate experience, Bruna brings her neuroscience-based coaching expertise to empower her clients to better understand themselves and how they function. Her pragmatic and solution focused approach allows exploration of brain dynamics and how this impacts human behaviour.
Bruna believes that ‘the key to high performance and feeling alive at work is to bring who you are into what you do’. Bruna’s work with leaders and teams results in elevated levels of consciousness, improving their EQ, confidence and effectiveness.
