Leading executive coaching specialist The Preston Associates (TPA) has welcomed international business transformation leader Bianca Portulan to their team of Executive Coaches. Based out of the Netherlands, Bianca is fluent in English, Portuguese and French and previously worked at a senior level across financial services, technology, and communications before becoming an executive coach. She offers a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges that arise from leading complex business transformations.

A Brazilian national, Bianca began her career in Latin America and then New York, working for HSBC, BankBoston and JP Morgan Chase. On moving to Europe, Bianca joined Hewlett Packard responsible for strategic business development programs targeting large IT outsourcing deals. Later at Nokia she held multiple leadership positions in Business Operations, Strategy and Sales before becoming a Transformation and Change Management Lead, working directly with board members to advise and support on global transformational strategies.
