The Preston Associates (TPA) has welcomed Beate Klingenberg to their team of Executive Coaches working across the DACH region. Fluent in German, English and French, Beate’s coaching approach is enriched by her 20 years’ experience as a CEO and Marketing Strategy Director in Luxury and FMCG companies. |

Prior to training as an executive coach, Beate held senior leadership roles across Germany, the UK, US and France at LVMH, Danone and Philipp Morris. Her first-hand understanding of the challenges of building effective cross-country and cross-functional teams drives her belief that employee creativity, engagement and trust are key drivers for business success.
