Leading executive coaching specialists The Preston Associates (TPA) has boosted their Asian team of Executive Coaches with the addition of former PR leader Diane Ho. Diane brings over 30 years of cross-cultural leadership experience, having lived and worked in the US, Hong Kong and China.

Before becoming an Executive Coach, Diane began her career in public relations and soon established her own US-based consultancy. She moved to Hong Kong and subsequently joined H&K Strategies and eventually became the Managing Director of China. After starting a family, she joined JLL in marketing leadership roles regionally and globally. This combination of global corporate and entrepreneurial experience has given Diane a deep understanding of the challenges facing today’s leaders.
Raised by traditional Chinese parents and educated in the US, Diane’s bicultural upbringing and over 25 years of working in China, enables her to bridge cultural differences. As a coach, she focuses on helping clients deepen their self-awareness, explore their limitations and hone their leadership style to raise performance and contentment. Conversant in Cantonese and Mandarin, she coaches and facilitates workshops primarily in English.
