Prior to becoming an executive coach, Edmund spent 20 years in the strategic people space, most recently as Vice President of Human Resources, Asia Pacific Japan, at Dell. A Certified Solutions Focused Coach with a degree in Psychology, Edmund has long been passionate about helping people to achieve their full potential. His active listening, influencing and strategic thinking skills, combined with a commitment to open feedback and challenge has benefitted global organisations from Ernst and Young to UPS and General Electric. He now coaches senior executives and leadership teams across Singapore and Asia.
