David Scotland Joins TPA as Chairman

David Scotland, Main Board Director of FTSE 50 Allied Domecq Plc and well known Director of several other FTSE Plcs, joins TPA at a time when their services are becoming increasingly recognised as a valued enhancement for executive development and performance.
