Danielle brings 20+ years of experience as a development professional holding executive and leadership roles in Booking.com and Citi, as well consulting and entrepreneurial experience. She has cultivated deep expertise in executive development, leadership development, talent management, DEI and coaching, giving her an accomplished understanding of people, organizations, teams and systems.
Coupled with this deep subject matter expertise Danielle also has a track record of growing, leading and transforming large diverse teams, so she understands first-hand the responsibilities, challenges and opportunities that executive leadership roles provide.
Danielle is known for her ability to connect extremely quickly with her clients & create trusted partnerships through her signature blend of sharp observations, incisive questions and unconditional positive regard. Her mission is to help people build more fulfilling careers and lives, and her superpowers lie in seeing beyond the surface and working with people on the areas that are truly holding them back.
Having lived and worked across the Pacific, UK, Middle East, Asia and Europe Danielle is a global citizen with an adaptive mindset. She is currently based outside of Amsterdam where she lives with her partner and three children.
