Barbara’s coaching style merges her extensive coaching experience with her successful career in Investment Banking. Barbara has over twenty year’s corporate experience, the bulk at Goldman Sachs London where she was Head of Global Equities. At Goldman she led the business to a number 1 rank across the industry. She has a proven track record in building high performing teams. Barbara was a member of Goldman’s Mentoring Committee and the banks’ Diversity Committee.
Barbara has experienced the systemic demands and pressures of fast-paced, dynamic, client driven organisations. Barbara has coached extensively for over a decade at senior leadership levels in both individual and team coaching. She works across a range of sectors – Investment Banking, Private Equity, Technology, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG and Management Consulting. Barbara’s coaching style and the practical ‘toolkit’ she gives her clients is focused on enabling real sustainable change to drive business and personal performance.
Barbara holds an MSc. in Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics, a Post Graduate in Executive Coaching from the University of Chester and an Honours Degree in Economics and Business from Trinity College Dublin. She is a Professionally Certified Coach (PCC), holds EMCC Accreditation and is Hogan Accredited with extensive experience of working with Hogan for both leadership teams and individuals.
