Experience
Michelle supports business leaders as they identify their goals, develop their own authentic leadership style and seek to achieve their full potential. Her experience includes working with business leaders across many sectors at key transition points in their careers, supporting business leaders who are new to role, bringing teams together, and driving cultural, digital and organisational transformation agendas. She partners with leaders to help them think through how they respond to strategic challenges and opportunities and manage complex stakeholder relationships in environments such as international matrix organisations.
Michelle’s executive coaching work draws on her thirty years’ experience as an international lawyer, business leader, coach and mentor in a variety of legal and senior management roles in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, one of the world’s leading international law firms as well as her more recent work as a non-executive director and board adviser. She combines a deep understanding of the professional services, financial services and corporate sectors with significant experience working across countries and across cultures, leading dispersed and diverse high performing teams and a track record of strategic insight and delivering organisational, digital and cultural transformation.
Alongside her role as an executive coach, Michelle is an active non-executive director and board advisor with a focus on Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) and a parent to five children.
