C O N F I D E N C E . At the heart of what we do is one-to-one Performance Coaching. The pressure to perform is huge in today’s world. Top athletes and artists all have coaches to achieve peak performance. Executives deserve the same development, training and support. Professionals need an objective, encouraging, loyal, trained and commercially experienced professional on whom they can rely to help them navigate better and achieve more – in total confidence.
P E R S P E C T I V E . Our clients acknowledge the need to foster executive development to nurture and retain their top performers and accelerate their high potentials. An executive coach offers the perspective to allow a client to know what they want, how to get it and when they will achieve their goals.
P R O C E S S . Our process follows a briefing from the business; a chemistry meeting to select the optimal coach and coachee combination; a briefing from the line manager and then six 3-hour 1:1 coaching sessions over 6-12 months. A 360 Degree-stakeholder review is done in the early stages of coaching, where the coach speaks in confidence to a selection of stakeholders and gives feedback to the coachee. Three- and Six- session feedback forms are completed to track the impact.
We also offer a Tactical Coaching intervention of 2-hour sessions typically over a shorter period for a specific developmental requirement.
