Victoria is an experienced HR / Talent Management Consultant and post-graduate qualified Executive Coach with over 17 years' experience in the HR field both in corporates (Telecom Italia as European HR Director) and in consultancy (Hudson Global Resources). In the late 90s, Victoria set up an HR Consultancy, which she sold to Hudson 2 years later. She then ran Hudson’s UK Talent Management Consultancy for 8 years. Victoria has been coaching for the last 5 years and has worked with a variety of organisations both nationally and internationally. She has extensive experience working within Financial Services, large multi-nationals as well as SMEs and splits her time between coaching individuals and coaching teams. Victoria is passionate about identifying and unlocking potential to ensure that her clients achieve everything that they are capable of. Her style is empathetic, fun but challenging and entirely results-focused. Victoria is a graduate from University of London in French and Italian and speaks Italian fluently.
