During his career, Tom has participated in the management buy-out of a major commodity-trading firm of which he became a director. He was also managing director of a private equity fund and the chief operating officer of an investment bank in Asia. Tom has 20 years of coaching experience as a senior executive. His coaching style is business and results-focused, empathetic yet challenging. He is inspired by enabling clients to get the results they seek from executive coaching. Tom's one-to-one and team-coaching programmes are completely bespoke and combine business rigour with enlightenment and fun.
