Before training as an Executive Coach at Chester University UK and joining TPA in 2008, Jodie's career was focused on strategy, communications, and marketing. Based in Asia for 7 years, her appointment as Marketing Director of Asian investment bank CLSA, then part of Credit Lyonnais Group, resulted in her move to the UK in ‘98 to cover 24 markets delivering marketing communications, change management and cultural integration programmes across Asia, Latin America and CEMEA. Following CLSA, Jodie consulted to financial and professional organisations — such as HSBC, ABN AMRO, GE — and smaller niche organisations and NGOs. Jodie’s capability as an Executive Coach is underpinned by her cumulative years of business and management experience and her enthusiasm for quality communication and collaborative thinking to develop great solutions.
