Bettina has 15 years of executive coaching experience supporting senior leaders and leadership teams through growth, transformation and the complexity that comes with change. She works in high-pressure, fast-moving environments where leaders must deliver results while navigating cultural shifts, structural reorganisation and evolving operating models.
Her coaching experience spans global organisations across FMCG, engineering, metals and mining, IT, financial services and legal, as well as mid-sized, high-growth technology companies at key inflection points. She helps leaders scale culture alongside operations, strengthen leadership capability and navigate complexity with greater clarity.
Having lived and worked across Germany and the UK, she coaches fluently in German and English and brings strong cross-cultural awareness to her work. Her earlier background as a trained lawyer and investment banker at Kleinwort Benson, alongside advisory roles, gives her a solid foundation in logic, structure and disciplined thinking, which she now applies to leadership development and organisational change.
